soft shelled crab and a bottle of beer

love me some biscuits, gravy and Virginia ham
reach in the water grab yourself a clam
well I could eat hush puppies by the scoop
but I'll take a pass on the peanut soup

Virginia boys are free as county highways
wild as a summer thunderstorm
their spirit cannot be destroyed
they know the pain they know the joy
they know they'll always be Virginia boys
